AMTRequested ContentIn addition to the modelling of new products, based on the 1 February 2026 PBS and RPBS schedule, a number of other products have been modelled in this release.
AMTLEMIThe List of Excluded Medicinal Items (LEMI) covers only PBS and RPBS medicines and doesn’t capture all items that may be exempt from Active Ingredient Prescribing (AIP). Work, in consultation with the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, is underway to update the LEIM reference set so it aligns with AIP principles for all medicines, not just those on the PBS.
SCT-AURequested Content Request submissions for new concepts and descriptions have been added in this release from eHealth New South Wales and The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

Future changes

SCT-AU EDRSWith the release of the new Australian emergency department reference set as of January 2019, there are plans to deprecate the original Emergency Department Reference (EDRS) set in a forthcoming release. Current users of the EDRS will be consulted prior to confirming the deprecation date.
