AMT | Requested content | In addition to the modelling of new products, based on the 1 December 2023 PBS and RPBS schedule, a number of other products have been modelled in this release. |
AMT | IHIN | As part of the IHIN reform in 2016, minor ingredient name changes were implemented by TGA. Maintenance of AMT substances requiring these minor changes was completed in 2016 to align with names used internationally. Please refer to the TGA website – Updating medicine ingredient names – the overview. The transition period ended on 30 April 2020, however the addition of synonyms that referenced these substances has continued. These synonyms capturing the outdated ingredient names will no longer be produced as of the NCTS November 2023 release. Please note, dual labelled medicine changes scheduled for 2025 will be managed accordingly. |

SNOMED CT‑AU | EDRS | With the release of the new Australian emergency department reference set as of January 2019, there are plans to deprecate the original Emergency Department Reference (EDRS) set in a forthcoming release. Current users of the EDRS will be consulted prior to confirming the deprecation date. |
